At Dragonscale Supplies, we want you to feel invincible in your attire; if your armor doesn't fit perfectly, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all mystical tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure a smooth transition through our gates.

  Dispatch the Shipment

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Claim Your Reward

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
